U.S. AND CANADA

We accept and offer free returns within 15 days from delivery. Please send an email to info@balessaofficial.com for detailed return instructions. Once we receive your return, a refund will be applied to the original form of payment within 10 business days (subject to the satisfaction of “Conditions” listed below). All returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL

We accept returns within 15 days from delivery. Shipper assumes all shipping costs. Please send an email to info@balessaofficial.com for detailed return instructions.

CONDITIONS

All returns are subject to the following:

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Items must contain all tags as originally attached.
  • Items must be in original packaging, including garment bags.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final.

DUTIES AND TAXES

If you paid import fees, you will need to make a separate request for a refund directly to the import company.
