U.S. AND CANADA

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for store credit only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available.

Please email info@balessaofficial.com for detailed return instructions. Once your return has been received and confirmed to meet the “Conditions” listed below, store credit will be issued within 10 business days.

All returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for store credit only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available. Shipper assumes all shipping costs. Please send an email to info@balessaofficial.com for detailed return instructions.

CONDITIONS

All returns are subject to the following:

• Items must be in original condition.
• Items must contain all tags as originally attached.
• Items must be in original packaging, including garment bags.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges at this time. You may return for store credit and repurchase another item.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final.

DUTIES AND TAXES

If you paid import fees, you will need to make a separate request for a refund directly to the import company.
